In the oil & gas sector, he has been involved in business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations that require a deep understanding of technical operations, risk management, and international contracting standards. Mr. Gunasekara Arachchige Felix Shanthi Perera is a highly experienced senior banker with over 44 years of distinguished service in international banking, trade finance, and financial institutions business. His career spans senior leadership roles at Saudi Awwal Bank (formerly Saudi British Bank – SABB) in Riyadh and Standard Chartered Bank in Sri Lanka, where he developed deep expertise across corporate banking, financial institutions, trade operations, and product development.
During his tenure at Saudi Awwal Bank, Mr. Perera held senior roles within Global Trade & Receivable Finance Services, including Senior Manager – Development and Control Unit and Head of Trade Product & Advisory. In these capacities, he provided technical advisory on complex trade transactions, structured guarantees and letters of credit, ensured compliance with local and international regulations, and supported strategic initiatives across trade finance and operations. He played a key role in reviewing trade policies, enhancing control frameworks, and delivering technical training to clients, relationship managers, and internal teams.
Earlier in his career at Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Perera progressed through a series of increasingly senior roles over more than two decades, including Associate Director – Financial Institutions, Manager Trade Operations, and Customer Team Manager. His responsibilities covered correspondent banking relationships, financial institutions coverage, trade operations management, credit analysis, and cross-border trade finance solutions. He was actively involved in major transformation initiatives, including the integration of ANZ Grindlays into Standard Chartered Bank in Sri Lanka.
Mr. Perera holds a Postgraduate Executive Diploma in Bank Management from the Institute of Bankers, Sri Lanka (affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London), and is a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner. He brings exceptional operational knowledge, regulatory awareness, and trade finance expertise to board-level oversight, contributing strong governance discipline and practical banking insight.
Dr Ajit Panse

Dr. Ajit Panse is a senior engineering and management professional with over 30 years of multinational experience across the aerospace and industrial sectors. He has held senior positions with globally respected organizations including SKF AB (Sweden), Colt Industries (USA), Northrop Corporation (USA), and The Boeing Company (USA), bringing deep technical, commercial, and strategic expertise to board-level oversight.
His most significant tenure was a 25-year career (1982–2007) with The Boeing Company in Seattle, USA. During this period, Mr. Panse was actively involved in long-term strategic planning initiatives, including Boeing’s vision for the “factory of the future,” which incorporated early concepts of automation, artificial intelligence, and robotics to enhance manufacturing efficiency and competitiveness.
At Boeing, his primary responsibilities focused on European airline customers, covering the engineering, marketing, and commercial sale of Boeing aircraft and related services. This role required continuous engagement with senior airline executives, engineers, financiers, and internal Boeing teams, demanding timely, precise, and proactive communication. The placement of high-value aircraft with long operational life cycles required a specialized approach combining engineering depth, financial understanding, relationship cultivation, and diplomatic negotiation.
Financial structuring was central to his assignments, including strategic product pricing, customer payment structures, engagement with financial institutions, and internal budgeting and financial efficiency initiatives. In addition, Mr. Panse led and coordinated teams of highly skilled professionals, fostering collaborative, performance-driven environments with a strong focus on quality, accountability, and results.
He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the United States, and an MBA in International Management, providing a strong academic foundation for his technical and commercial leadership.
Vijay Kumar Goel

Vijay Kumar Goel is a senior governance leader and Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience across regulated financial institutions, Crown entities, philanthropic foundations, and commercial advisory environments in New Zealand and internationally. He is recognised for independent judgement, financial discipline, and practical guidance on governance, international trade and services, audit, risk governance and regulatory oversight in high-accountability settings.
Vijay previously served as Chairman of Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Limited, a fully licensed and regulated registered bank. He led board oversight of strategy and performance and maintained constructive engagement with key regulators, including the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) and other regulatory bodies. As Chair of the bank’s Risk and Audit Committee, he oversaw financial reporting integrity, internal controls, enterprise risk management (including risk appetite, capital and liquidity oversight and stress testing), and AML/CFT governance, working closely with management and external auditors to promote a strong control culture and disciplined issue management.
Vijay currently serves as a Board Member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA), a New Zealand Crown entity. He is also a Trustee of Foundation North (Investment Committee; Audit, Finance and Risk Committee) and a Director of The North and South Trust Limited, providing governance over community gaming funding and financial stewardship. Alongside his governance roles, he is Managing Director of Globestride Ventures Limited (strategic investment) and Nine Consulting Limited (financial reporting, regulatory compliance, domestic and cross-border taxation, and dispute resolution).
Earlier in his career, Vijay was a Partner and Director at an established accounting practice, leading tax advisory, valuations, audits, financial restructuring, due diligence and commercial advisory engagements. He began his professional career in India as a practising Chartered Accountant and served as a visiting faculty member at the National Academy of Direct Taxes.

Mr. Abhay Lamba is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with strong experience across private equity, direct investments, M&A advisory, transaction services, portfolio valuations, and corporate finance. He brings a disciplined analytical approach, deep financial modelling expertise, and exposure to complex investment environments across the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
He currently serves as Senior Associate – Portfolio Reporting and Valuations at Permira, London, where he is responsible for quarterly valuation of portfolio companies, exit modelling, scenario analysis, and performance review for senior investment partners and portfolio review committees. His role includes preparation of investor reporting materials, benchmarking new investment opportunities, and streamlining valuation and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Previously, Mr. Lamba worked as an Investment Analyst at New Zealand Green Investment Finance, a government-backed green investment bank, where he supported investment committees through financial modelling, due diligence coordination, valuation, and project finance execution across renewable energy and low-emission transport initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held progressively senior roles at EY (Strategy and Transactions), advising on M&A, transaction services, valuations, and vendor due diligence for corporate and government clients.
Mr. Lamba is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and holds a BCom/BA conjoint degree from the University of Auckland, majoring in Accounting, Finance, and Economics, with a minor in Statistics. He graduated as a Senior Scholar and consistently ranked in the top percentile of his professional examinations. He brings strong financial governance, investment oversight, and analytical rigour to board-level discussions.
